Things have been hectic lately, and I haven’t had the chance to write as much as I’ve to. When I saw today’s writing prompt, I had to get it in!

I love how poetry not only serves to document what exists in our imagination, but it also provides an enchanting opportunity to imagine something new too.

As always, this was fun. The reasons why it was fun, is between me and my imagination. 😉

One enchanted glance.
One flattering smile.
One incredible hug.
One night under the stars.
One captivating kiss.
One confession of love.
One magical lovemaking experience.
One heart-bonding moment.
One faith-filled prayer.
One decision to hope.
One vow to love till death do us part.

To connect with my endless love,
And experience a lifelong dream come true,
All it took was meeting “the one”.
And that “one”, now and forevermore,
Is YOU.
